1. Who we are
PostPilot is an AI social media scheduling service operated by Faizan Rasul Hashmi, an individual based in Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the PostPilot website and application (“the Service”).
2. Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
When you buy a paid plan, you purchase from Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “Paddle”). Paddle is the seller of record: it processes your payment, issues your invoice or receipt, and determines, collects, and remits applicable taxes. Prices shown on our site exclude tax; Paddle calculates and adds any applicable tax at checkout.
Your purchase is also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Where these Terms give you more than Paddle’s terms require, ours apply. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard or through Paddle’s customer portal; your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have paid for.
4. What PostPilot does
PostPilot lets you connect your social media accounts (currently Facebook Pages), generate caption drafts with AI, and schedule posts to publish automatically. We provide the Service on an “as-is” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing: posts may fail because of third-party platform outages, revoked permissions, or policy changes at the social network.
5. Your account and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything published through your connected accounts. You must have the rights to publish the content you schedule, and your content must comply with the policies of each social network.
- You may not use the Service to publish spam, unlawful, hateful, or misleading content, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the Service or other users.
- You may connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. If you disconnect an account or revoke our permissions, scheduled posts for that account will fail to publish.
6. AI-generated content
Caption drafts are generated by a third-party AI provider and are suggestions only. Review every draft before scheduling: you are solely responsible for the accuracy, tone, and legality of what you publish.
7. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business or personal social media scheduling. You may not resell, sublicense, or offer the Service to third parties, or reverse-engineer it, except as permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed posts, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (via Paddle) in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
